NOTES:
A little part of me wishes that Boris wasn't as popular around here as they are. The place was the most full I'd ever seen the Doug Fir, and that kinda made life difficult for taper-me at times.
Not overly talkative though, which was the opposite of what I cringed through at an otherwise awesome Russian Circles gig last week at the Wonder. People walk by me constantly and sit/stand in front of me on the rail I was taping on; I shift the mic configuration and recorder position in response to this a few times. The sound from 'Shadow of Skull' to the end probaby sounds best, a lot of people cleared out before the encore.

Tracking note--with some hesitation, I have included in Feedbacker all of the pre-song noise (~90sec) that followed the end of Absolutego.

And thanks to the guy who let me take a picture of his setlist he got from the band.

Maybe the weakest 'on-paper' setlist of any Boris show I've gone to in the last ten years, but still one of the most enjoyable; ask a maths expert to figure that shit out, and have them show their work. The 'Akuma no Uta' version here was all manner of crazy live, totally nuts with the guys from Uniform up there too. So good.

Wata got all the (well-deserved) love from the crowd as always, and Atsuo did most of the talking. I think I saw Joe Preston (bass player from Sumac & Thrones) wandering around on the floor, god that
guy is great.
