Notes

Notes:

Special guest to Jimmy Eat World. Rival Schools started at 7 pm sharp, there was a 11 pm curfew. Great performance. I think they were thinking of maybe playing one more song (The Switch?), but it seemed Walter checked the time after "Reaching Out" and gestured NO to Sam because their slot was up. But this might be just some crazy imagination of mine.

Lots of jamming, droning intros, outros, I love that new way of playing they have. The new guitar player Matt Whyte is great.

The sound was very bassy, which felt great because the awesome bass playing really punched through. I didn't expect it though and didn't use the bass cutoff, so I had to EQ it a little bit. There's a bit of talking closeby.

The band:

Cache Tolman - bass
Matt Whyte - guitar, background vocals
Sam Siegler - drums
Walter Schreifels - vocals, guitar
