Notes

A bit of a delay in getting this one up. Been trying to work out the set list, and sought help from a fellow Dime-r who has their older material, but to no avail so far - they seem to have heavily modded the material! Thought it would be best to get this out to see if anyone can help out here. I have tracked it as per my own thoughts, but it could be way off, especially at the beginning, which may be more than one piece. Again, if you can track it better, please post the split times and we can re-track it.

Superb set from the almost long gone and forgotten Harmonia. Who would have thought a couple of years ago that I would be watching them in the ABC2 tonight? I had only heard a few snippets of their music, but when I saw tickets were available, I snapped one up. I wasn't disappointed, as they played a set of wonderful electronic music. It was a great mix, with treated guitar alongside an array of electronic devices. Recommended.

Apart from fades and downsampling / dithering, I had to boost the volume and occasionally hard-limit individual wave peaks to prevent overload (this took some time!). The results are pretty good, but you must keep in mind that this was a club with toilet doors slamming (probably not a problem at rock gigs), cash tills, people walking past with their feet making sticky noises in the spilled beer - it was really quiet on stage for a while... :-) After the start, the crowd held a reverential hush, but this didn't last for too long. In particular, two young eastern European chaps (presumed from their language and accent) thought it was a great place to hold a random conversation, so I eventually had to move a little, as my silent indications of displeasure had no results. The talking does ruin some of the ambience in places, but hey-ho! - that's gigs for you!
